  • What should I do when I get a trade alert?
  • The trade alerts will tell you exactly what you should buy or sell. It’s very straightforward and you just have to follow along. However, I do recommend that you go through the training in the members area first so you know exactly how to execute your trades.

  • I can’t log into my account
  • ​Firstly, if you haven’t done so already, please go to step 2 above and create your account. If you already have an account but can’t log in, the login page has a link for you to request a new password. Alternatively, you are always welcome to contact your concierge team at 321-888-3962.
